Summary
Frank Goode, a widower who realises his only connection to his family was through his wife, sets off on an impromptu road trip to reunite with each of his four grown-up children.  Though each appears to be successful and happy, cracks soon begin to appear.

'Everybody's Fine' is a drama about a man trying to reconnect with his four children.  The film contains one use of strong language.

The strong language occurs early in the film when the man, Frank, is playing golf with his grandson.  His repeated hook shots into nearby trees eventually lead to an exasperated outburst of profanity for which he immediately, and profusely, apologises. 

The film also contains references to drug use.  Two of Frank's daughters talk on the telephone about their wayward and absent younger brother who has been arrested for possession of drugs. 

There is one moment of moderate threat in a scene where Frank is mugged. However, he emerges unhurt, if a little shaken, by the experience.

'Everybody's Fine' also contains a theme of bereavement and family loss.  This is handled very sensitively, in a manner that may resonate with older audiences in particular but does not make it unsuitable for younger teenagers.
